One-to-One & Group Photoshop Tutorials

£35.00 GBP

DESCRIPTION

My Photoshop tutorials are aimed at anyone with an interest in digital imaging, including professional photographers, beginners and hobbyists, who wish to explore the possibilities of digital manipulation to further develop their photographs.

Through a series of practical exercises and step-by-step and tutorials, you will learn how to work in layers (the core principle of Photoshop) and learn techniques that photographers use everyday, including how to correct exposure and colour tone, how to make images sharper, resize the image to fit, and to select an area. You will learn how to retouch your images and get rid of those unwanted bits, how to change the look and add filters, plus more.

How long does each tutorial last?

I would recommend a minimum of 3-hours, inclusive of 30 minutes for preparation and planning (this time is dedicated to addressing the photography student's personal needs).

How many tutorials should I book?

Most students find three separate 3-hour sessions to be adequate, giving them enough time to gain enough skills and techniques to take their photoshop work to the next level.

How do I book?

First, use the drop down menu above to add your hours to the shopping cart, then pay via PayPal (you don't have to be a PayPal user). I will email you to check your availability and to find the best dates and times for your tutorial.

Where do the tutorials take place?

I offer tuition across most of Yorkshire, from the River Humber all the way up to the North York Moors, including Leeds and York. My tutorials are designed to take place in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Alternatively, we can meet at a mutually convenient location, such as a local cafe.

Do I need to do anything beforehand?

To allow me to prepare for our tutorial and to give you the best help I can, you should email me with an idea of what you'd like to make the focus of your tutorial, at least the day before your tutorial.

How far in advance should I book?

One week in advance is usually enough to give you a reasonable choice of dates, but  two weeks is better. Tutorials are of course subject to availability.

When do the tutorials take place?

Any day or time, including weekends, all year round.

What if I am having problems with the online booking system?

Please e-mail me at mansonphotography@gmail.com and I'll help. You can also telephone me on 07496947806 and speak to me in person or leave a message.

What should I bring on the day?

You must have your your own computer for these tutorials, with an updated version of Photoshop (I work on the latest version of Photoshop, but older versions are usually fine).
